01

About this website

This website provides general information about Identify and its AI transformation services for established Australian businesses. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, technical, privacy, cyber security or regulatory advice.

Nothing on this website creates a client relationship, partnership, agency relationship or obligation for Identify to accept an engagement.

02

No guarantee of outcomes

Examples, use cases, frameworks and potential benefits described on the website are illustrative. Actual outcomes depend on the business, data, systems, implementation choices, people, adoption, market conditions and other factors.

Unless expressly stated in a signed engagement, Identify does not guarantee any specific saving, revenue increase, margin improvement, performance result or AI output.

Ask Identify is an AI-generated public guide, not a live human consultant or a completed business audit. Its suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Your submission of an enquiry does not itself confirm a booking or acceptance of professional work.

03

Third-party technology

The website may refer or link to third-party products, AI models, platforms or services. Those names remain the property of their respective owners. A reference does not imply partnership, certification or endorsement unless we expressly say so.

Third-party sites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

04

Identify OS accounts and AI outputs

If you use Identify OS, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for ensuring people who connect systems, models or data are authorised to do so for the relevant organisation.

AI-generated outputs, workflow suggestions, scores and agent results can be incomplete or incorrect. They must be reviewed with the level of human oversight appropriate to the workflow, particularly where a decision may affect people, money, legal rights, safety, external communications or other material outcomes.

Identify OS may support customer-supplied model-provider credentials and connected third-party systems. You remain responsible for the terms, charges and permissions associated with accounts you connect. Identify does not guarantee continued availability of a third-party model, API or integration.

05

Subscriptions and services

Software subscriptions, where offered, may be billed separately from consulting, implementation, training or embedded-partner services. Professional-services fees and payment terms are governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work or agreement.

An overdue professional-services invoice does not automatically define the status of a separate Identify OS subscription unless the applicable agreement says otherwise. Subscription cancellation, renewal and payment-method management may be handled through the disclosed payment provider.

06

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, design system, brand assets, written material and original material on this website are owned by or licensed to Identify. You may view and share links to the website for ordinary business purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content or Identify brand assets without permission.

07

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Identify is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or from temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
