What we collect
When you contact Identify, we may collect information you provide such as your name, work email, role, company, project context, timeline and how you heard about us. We may also collect basic technical information associated with the enquiry, including referrer, device or browser information and campaign parameters.
We may use website analytics and business-visitor technology to understand how organisations discover and use the site. Depending on the technology and available signals, this can include page activity, referral information and an inferred organisation or business domain rather than the identity of an individual visitor.
If you use the AI Readiness Benchmark, we may store your assessment responses together with broad business context such as industry, employee range and state or territory. The benchmark does not require your name, email address or company name. Basic technical information such as browser information and referrer may also be stored with the response.
After receiving a benchmark score, you may choose to provide your first name, company and work email to unlock a tailored action plan. Those contact details are treated as an enquiry and may include your benchmark result so Identify can provide the requested plan and respond about the assessment. Any separate opt-in to future benchmark insights is optional.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not submit confidential client, patient, employee or other sensitive business data through the public contact form.
How we use information
We use information submitted through the website to respond to enquiries, assess whether Identify may be a fit, improve our services, understand how people find us and operate the website. We may use aggregate or company-level visitor signals to prioritise business development and measure campaign performance. We use benchmark responses to improve the assessment and develop aggregate insights about AI readiness by broad business segment. We will not present an individual benchmark response as belonging to a named organisation unless separately agreed.
Where you request a benchmark action plan, we use the contact details you provide to display the plan, save the result with your enquiry and respond about the benchmark. We use contact details for future benchmark updates only where you separately opt in.
We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
Website enquiries are stored in infrastructure used to operate the Identify website. We may use reputable technology providers to host the site, process website data, provide analytics, communications or other operational services.
Those providers may process information in Australia or other jurisdictions where they operate. We take reasonable steps to use providers and configurations appropriate to the information involved.
AI and client work
This website privacy policy applies to the public website. Client projects are governed separately by the relevant engagement terms, confidentiality obligations, data handling requirements and any agreed security or governance controls.
We do not treat information submitted through the public website as an instruction to process it through an AI system.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for business, legal and operational purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
