Do you train our people or train our AI agents?
Both, through separately scoped services. Workshops train your people to use and review AI confidently. We configure agents with approved knowledge, clear instructions, examples and permission limits, then test and refine them with your team. This does not mean training a new AI model from scratch or letting agents learn without review. Agent setup and production connections are agreed separately; a workshop does not automatically deploy an agent.
Is this AI 101 training?
No. We can cover the fundamentals where needed, but the purpose is to connect capability to the work people actually do.
Can we start with a workshop instead of a full AI audit?
Absolutely. Workshops are a paid, lower-commitment first engagement. You leave with an Identify Action Card and a measurable next move. The output is not a professionally approved Top Five Transformation Plan; that requires a separate reviewed audit.
Can workshops be tailored by function?
Yes. Leadership, finance, operations, legal, customer service, sales and people teams all need different AI assistants, agents and workflows.
Can training lead into implementation?
Yes. A workshop can surface candidate workflows to assess, or train a team against a professionally approved Top Five Plan. Implementation is separately scoped and tested. Identify OS is optional.
How does the training connect to our audit?
Each of the five audit priorities has an accountable business owner, a first action and a success measure. Training helps that team learn the right human review and AI workflow before a suitable pilot or production rollout.
Can you train an internal AI champion group?
Yes. We can help create a practical champion network with clear use cases, guardrails and a rhythm for sharing what works.
Will a workshop install AI systems or guarantee savings?
No. The workshop produces documented workflow decisions, practical training and an appropriate measurement plan. Connecting production systems, approving external actions and verifying business results are separate activities.
